FULL CONFERENCE FEE – Access to all technical sessions, exhibition, lunch and coffee breaks for 2 days (21st and 22nd Dec. 2024), Including Conference Dinner (22 Dec. 2024)

All participants to the conference are required to register and pay the registration fee.

No additional page is permitted.

Author registration and payment must be made by NOVEMBER 30, 2024. The original manuscript can only be uploaded after registration payment is completed, the IEEE Copyright Form is submitted via EDAS, and a presenter for the paper is selected.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION
All participants are eligible for discounted early bird registration fee if full payment is received by NOVEMBER 22, 2024.

IEEE MEMBER DISCOUNT
IEEE members are eligible for a discount on the APACE2024 conference registration fees. Members are required to update their IEEE membership number in their EDAS profile before registering. Members are also required to bring along their current IEEE membership card for verification at the conference.

STUDENT RATE
Full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students are eligible for student rate. They are required to indicate and update their student status in their EDAS profile before registering. Bring along the Student Identfication Card and/or IEEE Membership Card to the conference for verification. An IEEE graduate student member also qualifies for student member rate.

DISCOUNT RATE FOR AUTHORS (NON-STUDENT) WITH 2 PAPERS
Special rate is offered to non-student authors with 2 papers (normal conference only).

CANCELLATION POLICY OF APACE2024 REGISTRATION

  1. Cancellations before 23rd November 2024 will be subject to a charge of 20% of the registration fee
  2. Cancellations before 30th November 2024 will be subject to a charge of 50% of the registration fee
  3. No refund will be made for cancellations after 30th November 2024.
  4. No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because a visa is not issued.
  5. No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because of travel delays or missed flights.
  6. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
  7. If the physical conference is unable to proceed due to the pandemic the event will proceed online. No refunds will be provided.
  8. We suggest you have travel insurance to cover all eventualities including the change or format or cancelation of the conference.

PAYMENT METHOD NOTE:
Payment using Local Order (LO) / Purchase Order (PO) is not accepted.

METHOD 1 : Payment using credit card (in US Dollar).
Participants are encouraged to use credit card for fee payment through EDAS.

METHOD 2 : Payment using Local Bank/Telegraphic Transfer.

The participant will be required to email a scanned copy of the payment transaction to contact@apmttemc.org.
Please allow 7 working days for APACE2024 financial chair to confirm payment and TPC will register the participant at EDAS manually on his/her behalf. Only then the participant is allowed to upload the final manuscript on-line.
Please take note that all bank charges are borne by the participant.
